This small area of ancient woodland sits on the west bank of the River Doe along a fabulous rocky narrow gorge with waterfalls. It is a designated Site of Special Scientific Interest and consists mainly of ancient twisted oak trees. Access to Twisleton Glen is via The Waterfalls Walk an extremely popular circular route for which there is an entry charge.
