WALSALL METROPOLITAN BOROUGH COUNCIL WOOD
Rough Wood represents nearly one tenth of all the oak woodland within the West Midlands, with some of the oldest oak trees in Walsall. Meadows, ponds, marsh and scrubland are also present on this site. The Wyrley and Essington canal forms a large part of the boundary and separates it from the adjoining Bentley Haye LNR.
