Crofthead

A large mixed woodlands a few miles outside Forth. Limited parking at the site and then it is a short hike through a plantation of young trees. The narrow strip then leads onto a large wood with conifers. A narrow foot path weaves its way through open farmland. Great views overlooking Lanarkshire and in particular Tinto Hill in the distance.
