Wildwood

Wildwood is a park/forest that has British wildlife past & present. Also known as Wildwood Trust they are heavily involved in the conservation of native British species including a very successful breeding & re-introduction program of the water vole. You pay to get in but is a fantastic day out for all the family. I've been a member many years & love a walk around to see what new animals they have. This is ancient woodland & has a fantastic array of wild birds including all British woodpeckers.
