Whitacre Heath SSSI

Old gravel workings in the Tame Valley, along the River Tame, which have developed into a mixture of grassland, wet woodland and wetland. The reserve is noted for its breeding birds. There is parking on site within locked area but which is reserved for Wildlife Trust members.
