Wairdlaw Farm Phase 2

This large wood is beside one of the entrances to Beecraigs Country Park where all local amenities can be found. Some limited parking close to the entrance. The woods are made of of young trees and some older beech trees. Wide grass tracks which are way marked. Some gradients in places. Great views looking towards Bathgate Hills and the Pentland Hills. Good for wildlife especially birds. A very peaceful and quiet wood. Lots of interesting walks around for those who want to explore some more.
