The Dingle (2) (1)

A nature reserve of 25 acres in a wooded valley, The Dingle is a pleasant place to walk, exercise or relax. Recent enhancements include a wooden boardwalk that winds its way along the Cefni, three new bridges, sculptures, sculpted benches and picnic tables. Parts of the woodland are dominated by sessile oak, ash and wild cherry, with a show of blue bells in spring. Other parts are mostly sycamore, the occasional ash, and an abundance of ferns, mosses and woodland flowers such as wood anemone.
