Temple Newsome Estate has a wonderful large spread out wood. In spring you find wild Onion flowers and bluebells at other times of the year you glimpse the wonderful yellow fields from farm land nearby. The paths are varied, some large and others slightly overgrown. Some parts of the wood is quite dense with masses of different wood vegetation, other parts near Temple Newsone estate are more cultivated. The house itself has one of the largest Rhodedendrum displays in England plus other unusual plants.
