Sweet Clough

Sweet Clough, also known as Lowerhouse Fold is a lovely bit of woodland on either side of Sweet Clough (stream). Much of it is relatively young planting, but there are lots of birds making use of it and wood anemones, bluebells and dogs mercury are an indication that the original woodland flora has clung in there through more testing times.
