Sizergh - Brigsteer Woods

This wood occupies a steep east facing hillside with some good views through the breaks in the trees. Mixed woodland with a dense understory, it is home to some deer so watch out for them if you are dog walking. Some reasonable paths run north/south but getting up and down the hillside is a challenge within the eastern lobe. The western lobe has much better, more open paths.
