Silent Valley LNR

If you are looking for these woods, it is definitely worth persevering! Great for Spring and Autumn colour as Jane's wonderful photographs show us, these woods are only a short (but uphill) step from Ebbw Vale Parkway station. Buses stop nearby too. Ask for the Silent Valley turnoff. The reserve is home to birds, bats, butterflies, frogs and insects.
