Sand Point and Middle Hope

A striking peninsula stretching out to sea with a craggy coastline. A steep but brief climb leads to open meadow grassland and fantastic views across the estuary to Wales, Steep holm, Flat holm. Sand Point is the headland whilst Middle Hope is a horseshoe shaped bay with pebbles. The wooded area is only accessible as a short and shady pathway from the bottom of the hill to the top.
