Rockbeare Hill

Given to the National Trust in 1904 this is a peaceful natural woodland amid the busy quarry workings of Rockbeare. Although surrounded by gravel pits this is a great place for a quiet walk or picnic, with superb woodland and heathy areas of grassland. See if you can find both stone memorials.
