Rigby Landfill Site

A small, newly-planted wood adjacent to a landfill site and close to a residential area accessed from Castle Drive through a gate. A more interesting adjoining woodland sits at the north-east end of the area with a flooded clough (deep-sided ravine) and established mixed woodland. Ash, beech, birch, hazel, young oaks, pine and willow are evident.
