Passed by the majority focused on shopping or travelling, this interesting area is certainly worth taking time out to explore. You can park up in the nearby retail outlet or walk from the train station. Two paths are available; one winding up to the top of the wooded hill, which is mainly mixed deciduous with occasional evergreen and the other taking a circular route round the base. This path allows the enthusiast to spend time exploring the nature reserves, which are designated as SSSI.
