Porthkerry Country Park is an extensive area of woodland, streams and industrial heritage. This is a good place for spring and autumn colour which can be appreciated from the many public footpaths and the cycle tracks through the area. There are play areas, a pebble beach and the dramatic Barry Railway viaduct.
