Mousley Bottom

Mousley Bottom is a small nature reserve on the outskirts of New Mills, by the river. It has a pretty well maintained woodland walk through the woods and is a quiet haven for birds and other wildlife. Mousley Bottom is part of a longer chain of woodlands and paths through the valley and is not far from other sites such as the Millennium Walkway and New Mills' industrial heritage. Ideal place to go as part of a larger walk.
