Accessed through Blashaw Dam Wood and across open fields, an attractive wood with a wide variety of mature trees including Beech, Sycamore, Ash, Oak, Hawthorn and Hazel. The pathways are clear and well sign-posted. Quiet, tranquil and a bit isolated, the wood is worth a visit if you can navigate through the denser and more challenging Blashaw Dam Wood.
