Set on a hillside overlooking Bristol, this wood is really valued by the local community. It is also popular with walkers who start here from the source of the Malago River en route to the Avon.
There is a mysterious ruined farm building within the wood and it has also been home to an arts project. There are some important habitats within the wood but it is a great place for a family outing.
