Lesmahagow East

A large woodland made up of several compartments just outside of Lesmahagow on either side of the M74 motorway. There are several entrances with plenty of off road parking. Good mixture of trees throughout with footpaths. Other areas of habitat with lots of wildflowers out at the moment, saw lots of butterflies & bumblebees. Great place for birds. Good views overlooking farmland & rolling hills of South Lanarkshire. All facilities to be found in the town of Lemahagow.
