Langdon Hill

Langdon Wood can be accessed easily from the A35 - Turn left at the top of the dual carriageway between the villages of Chideock and Morcombelake and left again into a large car park with picnic tables. There is an easy circular walk around this wood with superb countryside views on a wide well defined pathway which will take around an hour. For a longer walk you can leave the wood and walk downhill to the coast at Seatown or uphill to Golden Cap with superb coastal views. Well worth a visit.
