Knightsbridge Road Wood

This is a thin strip of broadleafed woodland running parallel to the Grand Union Canal. Entry can be gained from Dove House Lane at the South East end or the canal towpath at the North West end. Although parking can be found at Dove House Lane end (in a little layby) be aware there are restrictions during school hours. All should be aware of the very steep unfenced drop down to the canal for most of the woodland length. Some interesting birds have been reported here including the Kingfisher.
