Kiineil Wood (incorporating plantations of Sitka Spruce and Scots Pine) is a window on 2000 years of history. You can see the line of the Antonine Wall and a Roman Fort. Kinneil House (not open to the public), the ruins of Kinneil Church, a cottage once occupied by James Watt and the Kinneil Museum are just some of the immediate attractions. Nearby is the Bo'ness and Kinneil Railway and the Falkirk Wheel. In Spring & Summer, you can see anemone, bugle, foxglove and celandine.
