Hodge Hill

Hodge Hill Wood does not seem to be mentioned as such in any Birmingham City Council publications. This wood is within Bachelors Farm Recreation Ground (which I believe is in the Hodge Hill Ward) where there are several wooded areas but the most attractive is the small one on a hill centrally in the park. It consists mainly of young trees of the broadleaf variety with some more mature trees. This wood appears to support many species of wildlife, flora and fauna
