High Swindridgemuir

High Swindridgemuir (and Rabbie's Well) wood is located on the B707 just north of Dalry, which can be accessed A737 Beith Road which runs between Beith and Dalry. The B707 can be quite narrow in places and needs to be driven with care if arriving with a vehicle. I found it a little difficult to locate this woodland area and the entrance. The best landmark is Stables House, which is located at a junction on the B707, with the woodland area directly opposite.
