Hensol Forest

Hensol Forest is a mixed wood east of the village of Welsh St Donats. Walkers and horse riders are welcome here. The path network is extensive. There are bus stops nearby. The wood surrounds a picturesque lake, Pysgodlyn Mawr, a site of Special Scientific Interest, so designated for the wide range of habitats present.
