Hardhillock - New Alves

Close to Hardhillock and New Alves farms is a large coniferous plantation of relatively young trees. The boundary of the new plantation is formed in the north by the main Aberdeen to Inverness railway line. There are several ponds within the plantation. There are no rights of way but there are a number of grassy trails through the saplings.
