Great & Marrow Hills (Triscombe)

Enjoying stunning views and the quiet beauty of this part of the Quantock Hills on one of the many tracks through the area. Things to look out for are impressive beech trees, with their shallow root systems largely exposed, Bronze Age cairns and barrows, the disused quarry and the birdsong of species such as skylark, meadow pipit, yellow hammer, jay, and redpoll.
