The Gravel Hill woods consist of three sites - Arrowsmith Coppice, Corfe Hills West, and Delph Woods. The sites form a mosaic of mixed woodland, heathland and a small section of ancient woodland. With features of archaeological interest in Arrowsmith Coppice, ponds where roe deer come to drink and a magnificent 200 year old oak standing 80 feet high with a circumference of just over 13 feet in Delph Woods, there is something of interest for everyone to enjoy.
