Glenthorne Woods

Glenthorne House sits in splendid isolation just above the sea on the north Exmoor coast, huddled in amongst the trees. There are many fantastic walks in the area, full of ups and downs, dramatic views, intimate woods, tumbling streams, and massive cliffs. You can also visit Sisters' Fountain at Glenthorne, where Joseph of Arimathea is said to have created the spring by striking his staff against the ground.
