Glen Tanar National Nature Reserve

A NNR in Cairngorms National Park, this is a classic Caledonian pine forest with a network of waymarked paths for walking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing and pony trekking. Native wildlife includes capercaillie. Visitor centre at Braeloine.
