Glen Mallan

Glenmallan lies on the east side of Loch Long, approximately seven miles south of the head of the loch. The area is heavily forested with a mix of deciduous and coniferous trees clambering over the rocky slopes. Glen Mallan Jetty lies nearby, and is owned by the MoD and used for loading and unloading munitions and explosives.
