The wood is located in part of Gibraltar Point National Nature Reserve situated close to Skegness in Lincolnshire. The wood as well as the reserve is open all year round with an extensive events programme. Reserve has a great visitors centre, free to visit with charge for car park. Great place to visit for wildlife, flora and fauna.
