Frankies

This wood is located between the A38 and the Trent and Mersey Canal and is quite difficult to access. Built on a floodplain there are large areas of wet grassland providing home for many owls and other birds of prey. If you want to visit this wood it is best to park in the layby just off A38 and walk along the towpath for a pleasant stroll.
