Flint Heap Wood is a small wood lying on the edge of the Stanmer Estate. It consists of mainly younger trees and is linked by footpaths to Upper Lodge Wood and Green Broom. It can be reached via footpaths from Stanmer village or from Upper Lodge Wood car park.
