Elvaston Castle Country Park

The Gothic Revival castle and surrounding 200 acres of parkland are run as a country park with woodlands, parkland and formal gardens. Structures such as the Golden Gates, Moorish Temple and Ha Ha wall provide a fascinating glimpse of the past. The gardens are also well known for their rockwork structures and fine examples of topiary. There is always lots to see and do - walking, cycling, horseriding, bird watching, picnicking, kite flying, photography, exploring the park and nature reserve.
