Edinburgh Woodland (unknown)

This section of Burdiehouse Burn Valley Park is set in a deep valley running between Lasswade Road and Gilmerton Dykes Street. There are a few different entrances, all of which have very steep sloping paths or stairs down into the valley. The burn runs parallel to the footpath, and there are benches at regular intervals. As with the other sections of the nature reserve, it is well maintained and there are some good opportunities for wildlife spotting, particularly birds.
