East Draffan

Large woods close to the village of Draffan. There are several entrances with off road parking at site. Wide grassy paths throughout. Good mixture of broadleaf and conifers and some lovely beech hedges. At this time of the year they are looking beautiful. It is clearly used by horses and dogwalkers alike. Very peaceful woods with some lovely views. Looks like there was some interpretation at one point bur looking very tired now. Well worth a visit.
