Dunans Woodland garden is a heritage garden accessed over the unique listed Dunans Bridge designed by Thomas Telford. The walk gives excellent views of the ruined Dunans Castle, seat of the Clan Fletcher from 1746, and in Cambell ownership from 1590.
The garden includes a ravine walk through ancient woodland, a marshland boardwalk through a wildflower meadow, a collection of exotic rhododendron and azaleas and mature trees. Flowers noted are orchids, mixed daffodil, bluebell, wild garlic and lily of the valley. Wildlife includes bats, breeding owls, water vole, deer, and red squirrels.
