Dumpdon Hill

Dumpdon Hill is an Iron Age hill fort - apparently unfinished and never fully inhabited - near Honiton. This is a good place for an interesting Sunday afternoon family walk, with parking and a good circular walk. The woods are around the edges and on top of the hill fort, which is mostly scrub, pasture and bracken. Just don't get lost in those deep Devon lanes!
