Campwood

A large mixed woodland close to the village of Cleghorn a few miles from Lanark. Limited parking at site. The woodlands looks like it is under restoration work or has undergone some restoration work in the past, as the middle of the wood appears to be a peat bog with brash in piles. Limited access to the woods from main road with a lot of young birch by the main road, with a conifer plantation in the distance. Some lovely views looking across to Lanark and Tinto Hill.
