Burton House Ponds

The area is the result of an old local brick works being left to the wild it is close to Hartburn fields and has two ponds a large one easily accessible for fishing and a smaller pond relatively untouched due to being over grown with bushes but good for wild life frogs newts and toads. The area also has a wealth of foraging opportunities with black berries , plums apple trees and cherry. There are some edible mushrooms.
