This is a small conifer plantation which has wonderful paths along the shore, and fabulous views over nearby islands to the Scottish mainland. There is good parking and all facilities in Broadford. You can make a longer walk by incorporating this woodland into the old marble line used by the now defunct quarries to transport marble to the ort of Broadford (see link below). There are old lime kilns nearby. You might see porpoise, otters and a wealth of sea life as well as forest dwellers.
