Balmore Walk

Balmore Walk runs along the bow of a steep grassy bank overlooking Caversham. From the top there are good views over Reading from Early to Prospect Park. The bank is dotted with mature hawthorn bushes and Corsican Pine, and there are groups of mature trees along the path. There is a small woodland, which includes mature oaks and beech. The northern section is a hay meadow leading to scrubland and new planting of native trees along Jubilee Way.
