Ampthill Forest - Maulden Wood

Found on the Greensands Ridge, Maulden Wood is a large and varied woodland. The area is well managed and there is a well surfaced path running through the wood with several smaller paths and bridleways providing many different walks. There is also an abundance of bird life in the wood, due to the wonderful variation in habitats and there is ample parking just off the A6.
