We want to see a Scotland where every urban neighbourhood has full and fair access to the benefits of trees.
With over 80% of Scots living in towns and cities, full and fair access to urban trees and the services they provide has never been more important. Yet just 12% of people living in Scotland's urban areas have enough trees.
We're committed to changing that and achieving our vision of trees for all, but getting there will take sustained, collective action. Our tree equity action plan sets out the steps needed to make this vision a reality.
