This 5 hectare site, a few minutes' walk from Llandrindod Wells railway station can be found on a bend of the River Ithon, along which there is a Site of Special Scientific Interest. Other than the native woodland, the formal park includes the Spa Pump Rooms and Bath House, Grade II listed buildings dating from the 1860s. There are several paths across the park, several of which link up to Lover's Leap, a rocky viewing point over the river.
