Ptarmigan

On the lower slopes of Ben Lomond and overlooking Loch Lomond, Ptarmigan Woods are traversed by the West Highland Way. There is no direct public transport link although in summer, there is a ferry from Tarbert Pier to nearby Rowardennan.
