Pishwanton

Pishwanton Wood is located in the foothills of the Lammermuir Hills, just west of the hamlet of Longyester. The wood is owned by the Life Science Trust which operates a Centre for Goethean Science and Art. Within the 60 acre site, there is an all ability trail, a nature walk and a memorial garden. Traditional materials are used for gates and fencing and there are extensive view across the surrounding countryside to the Lammermuirs, the Pentlands, East Lothian and Fife.
