High Dam

The walk up through the woods is accompanied all the way by the sound of the stream as it tumbles through the rocks on its way to the bobbin mill. The rewards for your climb are lovely views of the two dams, their bridges, islands and trees. There are plenty of places to sit and gaze, but also paths leading in a number of directions to take you further afield.
